The APLAWS CMS system and related products are intended to be sustained by the local authority community. The user group has been a useful means of exchanging ideas, experiences and taking various products forward. Any authority or partnership who has installed APLAWS and is actively considering using the content management system for their website, intranet or portal is welcome to attend the user group meetings.
APLAWS user forum is set up by the User Steering Committee for APLAWS's members to exchange ideas and hold discussions. Non-members are also welcome to take part.
List of current live APLAWS sites is published on the wiki.
Some of the APLAWS implementations that attend the User Group meetings include the live Internet sites: Camden, Coventry, Blaby, Fylde, Stoke-on-Trent, States of Guernsey, Bristol, Watford and West Sussex CC to name a few, as well as Intranet sites: Coventry, Camden and Harrow. The user base continues to expand outside of the UK.
If you would like to be kept informed about the future user group meetings, please complete the short form and join the mailing list. For further information with regards to the APLAWS user group please email us.
